摘　　要：在数字经济时代背景下,我国对数字人才的需求日益增长。凭借数据分析和决策支持方面的优势,管理科学专业成为培养此类人才的关键领域。该文深入分析管理科学专业在数字人才培养目标、教育模式、课程体系构建以及师资队伍建设等方面的现状与挑战。通过近些年管理科学专业学生的培养成效,探讨其在数字技能和思维能力方面的提升。研究结果表明,通过优化教育策略,可以有效提升学生的数字素养。该研究可以为其他应用型本科高校数字人才的培养提供参考和借鉴。In the era of the digital economy,there is an increasing demand for digital talents.Management science,with its advantages in data analysis and decision support,has become a key area for cultivating such talents.This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and challenges faced by management science in terms of digital talent cultivation goals,educational models,curriculum system construction,and faculty development.By evaluating the training effectiveness of management science students in the past two years,it explores their improvement in digital skills and critical thinking abilities.The research results indicate that by optimizing educational strategies,students'digital literacy can be effectively enhanced.This study can serve as a reference and inspiration for the cultivation of digital talents in other applied undergraduate colleges.
