摘　　要：颠覆性创新是企业实现追赶的重要手段,对企业获得持久竞争优势具有重要指导意义。针对现有研究呈现分散、矛盾的现状,通过文献计量和内容分析,对1995—2022年国内外颠覆性创新文献进行分析,并构建包括核心内涵、研究视角和研究方法的知识框架,归纳热点问题和规律。研究发现颠覆性创新研究发文量呈稳步上升态势,但与国外相比国内文献数量与其差距逐渐增大且机构间合作较少;国内外研究热点主题具有较大共性,重点集中在技术识别、影响因素和模式机制,但在研究问题侧重上存在差异。此外,颠覆性创新概念边界模糊,可从特征、结果、过程多角度定义;研究视角主要围绕技术、组织、战略、市场展开;研究方法则以案例研究为主,逐渐向多种定量方法扩展。Disruptive innovation is an important means for enterprises to achieve catch-up,and the theory is of significant guidance to gain lasting competitive advantage.In response to the scattered and contradictory situation,the current state of domestic and international disruptive innovation literature from 1995 to 2022 was analyzed based on bibliometric and content analysis methods.And a knowledge framework including core connotation,research perspective and research methodology was constructed for summarizing the hot topics and laws of disruptive innovation.The study found that the number of publications on disruptive innovation shows a steady increase,but domestic literature gradually increases the gap with abroad and there is fewer inter-institutional collaborative research.And the hot topics of disruptive innovation at domestic and international have greater commonality,which concentrate on technology identification,influencing factors and pattern mechanism,but there are differences in the focus of research problems.In addition,the conceptual connotation of disruptive innovation has fuzzy boundaries and can be defined from multiple perspectives,including characteristics,outcomes and processes.The research perspective mainly surrounds with four aspects:technology,organization,strategy,and market.As for the research methodology,case study is the mainstream method,and gradually expanding to several quantitative research methods.
