摘　　要：国内高校开展大类招生培养的人才培养模式改革已成趋势。基于对河南省内高校机械大类招生情况和基层教学组织建设情况的调研,针对大类培养对各人才培养环节和高校基层教学组织建设带来的影响,结合对河南省高校教学组织建设先进经验的分析与总结,积极开展所在机械类专业基层教学组织的建设规划和制度建设,促进机械类专业优秀基层教学组织建设、一流专业建设工作,并积极探索机械类专业虚拟教研室这一新型基层教学组织建设模式。经过实践,研究成果对地方高校机械类专业的基层教学组织建设和一流专业建设具有良好推动作用。It has become a trend for domestic colleges and universities to carry out the reform of talent training mode of general enrollment and specialized training.Based on the investigation on the enrollment of machinery major categories and the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations in colleges and universities in the province,aiming at the impact of major category training on various talent training links and the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations in colleges and universities,combined with the analysis and summary of the advanced experience in the construction of teaching organizations in colleges and universities in our province,this paper actively carries out the construction planning and system construction of grass-roots teaching organizations in machinery,promotes the construction of excellent grass-roots teaching organization and first-class specialty of machinery specialty,and actively explores the new grass-roots teaching organization construction mode of virtual teaching and research room of machinery specialty.Through practice,the research results have a good role in promoting the construction of grass-roots teaching organization and first-class specialty of machinery in local colleges and universities.
