摘  要:通过总结BIM人才培养相关工作经验,分析校企合作的优势及建立多专业融合的任务驱动教学模式在培养多专业协同的BIM人才方面的必要性,探讨在校企合作协同育人背景下土木建筑类专业多专业融合BIM实践教学基地的建设思路和措施。探索采用多专业融合的任务驱动教学模式,打破专业壁垒,构建校企协同育人的BIM实践教学基地建设模式,实现多专业协同的BIM人才培养的途径,以期为高校BIM人才培养提供参考。This article summarizes the author’s experience in BIM talent cultivation and analyzes the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation and the necessity of establishing a multidisciplinary integrated taskdriven teaching model in cultivating multidisciplinary collaborative BIM talents.It discusses the ideas and measures for the construction of a multidisciplinary integrated BIM practice teaching base in the context of school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education.It explores the use of a multidisciplinary integrated task-driven teaching model to break down professional barriers and build a school-enterprise collaborative BIM practice teaching base construction model,and to achieve the approach of cultivating multidisciplinary collaborative BIM talents.This article aims to provide reference for BIM talent cultivation in higher education.
