摘　　要：经济新常态发展为河北省高职院校学生就业提供了新的机遇与挑战。在京津冀一体化协同及高质量发展、新质生产力动能需求的新形势和背景下,河北省高职院校学生就业需重点突破人才培养与供给同质化、就业创业教育不足、产教融合广度和深度不够等问题,通过加强个性化应用型人才培养、深化就业创业教育改革、强化产教融合校企合作等措施,不断提升人才就业质量,为京津冀一体化协同和新质生产力发展、区域经济社会高质量发展供给高素质人才。The development of the new normal economy has provided new opportunities and challenges for the employment of college students in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province.Under the new development situation and background of new quality productivity,vocational college students in Hebei province need to focus on breaking through the problems such as the homogeneity of talent training and supply,the lack of employment and entrepreneurship education,and the lack of breadth and depth of the integration of production and education.Through strengthening the training of personalized applied talents,deepening the reform of employment and entrepreneurship education,and strengthening the cooperation between production and education.The quality of employment of talents should be constantly improved,providing high-quality talents for the integration and coordination of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the development of new quality productive forces,and the highquality development of regional economy and society.
