摘 要:目的 本研究拟开发一种包含没食子酸(GA)与无定型磷酸钙纳米颗粒(NACP)且具有抗菌和再矿化能力的树脂基新型根管封闭材料。方法 制备根管封闭剂树脂基质,使用喷雾干燥技术合成NACP,混合制成封闭剂,以不同的材料含量进行分组。分析根管封闭剂的理化性能及对粪肠球菌的影响。结果 成功制备出粒径<1μm的NACP粉体。当GA达到10 mg/g时,细胞存活率最高(P<0.05)。阳性对照组的流速低于其余各组(P<0.05);随着NACP质量分数的增加,封闭剂流速逐渐降低。实验组4的封闭剂膜厚度大于其余各组(P<0.05)。不含NACP组及含40%NACP组的封闭剂可以显著抑制粪肠球菌(P<0.05)。结论 本研究制备的新型根管封闭剂结合了GA的抑菌能力、NACP的再矿化和酸性碱化能力,可有效清除残留细菌、封闭根管系统,提高根管治疗的成功率,是一种前景广阔的新型根管封闭材料。Objective This study intends to develop a new resin-based root canal sealing material containing gallic acid(GA)and nanoparticles of amorphous calcium phosphate(NACP)with antibacterial and remineralization ability.Methods The root canal sealant resin matrix was prepared,NACP was synthesized by spray drying technology,and the sealers were made by mixing and grouped with different material contents.The physical and chemical properties of root canal sealant and its effect on Enterococcus faecalis were analyzed.Results NACP powder with particle size less than 1μm was successfully prepared.When GA reached 10 mg/g,the cell survival rate was the highest(P<0.05).The flow rate of positive control group was lower than that of other groups(P<0.05);with the increase of NACP mass fraction,the flow rate of the sealant decreased gradually.The thickness of the sealant membrane in experimental group 4 was greater than that in other groups(P<0.05).The sealant in no NACP group and containing 40%NACP group could significantly inhibit Enterococcus faecalis(P<0.05).Conclusion The new root canal sealant prepared in this study combines the antibacterial ability of GA,the remineralization and acid alkalization ability of NACP,which can effectively remove residual bacteria,seal the root canal system,and improve the success rate of root canal therapy.It is a promising new root canal sealing material.
