摘　　要：《知识产权人才“十四五”规划》中明确了知识产权人才是发挥知识产权强国战略的基础支撑。高校作为培育高层次人才的重要场所,担负着科研创新和人才培养的重任。文章通过研究我国高校知识产权信息素养教育实践开展情况,从知识产权人才培养目标出发,从组织架构、培训体系、培训团队和教育品牌4个方面为提升高校知识产权信息素养教育水平提出建议,对促进高校科技、教育和人才3者的深度融合,提升社会创新活动,激发知识产权创新效能具有重大意义。“The14th Five-Year Plan”for Intellectual Property Talents clearly states that intellectual property talents are the fundamental support for implementing the strategy of strengthening the country through intellectual property.As crucial institutions for cultivating high-level talents,universities shoulder the significant responsibilities of scientific research innovation and talent development.By examining the current practices of intellectual property information literacy education in Chinese universities,this paper proposes suggestions for enhancing the level of intellectual property information literacy education in universities from four aspects:organizational structure,training system,training team,and educational brand.These suggestions are grounded in the goal of cultivating intellectual property talents and are of great significance for promoting the deep integration of science,technology,and education in universities,advancing social innovation activities,and stimulating the effectiveness of intellectual property innovation.
