数字时代学校劳动教育的价值意蕴与实践路径

摘  要:人类进入数字时代,为学校劳动教育的开展提供了新的技术支持。数字时代,学校劳动教育的价值意蕴主要表现在促进学生个性化发展、推动教育资源公平和教学过程平等实现、推动劳动教育走向开放与全民化。数字时代要实践好劳动教育,可以通过数字技术优化劳动教育赋能个性化体验;促进数字时代劳动教育体系的转型升级;提升教师信息素养,建立“人工智能+劳动教育”新模式;以政府支持为保障建立劳动教育智能监测评价系统,加快转变家长劳动观念;利用数字技术扩大劳动教育宣传等方面来实现。The digital age has provided new technical support for the implementation of labor education in schools.In the digital age,the value implications of labor education in schools are mainly manifested in promoting students' individualized development,facilitating the realization of fair distribution of educational resources and equal teaching processes,and driving labor education towards openness and universalization.To effectively implement labor education in the digital age,it can be achieved through optimizing labor education with digital technology to empower personalized experiences;promoting the transformation and upgrading of the labor education system in the digital age;enhancing teachers' information literacy and establishing a new model of“artificial intelligence + labor education”;establishing an intelligent monitoring and evaluation system for labor education with government support and accelerating the transformation of parents' concepts of labor;and expanding the publicity of labor education with digital technology.
