职业教育教材使用监测的时代意义、体系框架与实施对策

摘　　要：职业教育教材使用监测是落实教材建设国家事权的重要之举,是构建高质量教材体系的基础,也是形成教材建设与管理闭环的制度安排。职业教育教材重视实践性和应用性知识,因此,对它的使用监测要构建包括实用性监测指标、协同性组织机构、调整性实施程序和系统性制度建设等在内的体系框架。为推进职业教育教材使用监测体系框架落实落细,需要建立教材使用监测体系,完善科学高效的配套制度,打造数据支撑智算平台,助力相关理论研究开展,加强监测结果有效运用,以此推动职业教育教材建设和管理向规范化、科学化、制度化方向迈进。Usage monitoring of vocational education textbook is an important measure to implement national authority,the basis for building high-quality textbook system,and the institutional arrangement for forming a closed loop of textbook construction and management.The textbook attaches importance to practical and applied knowledge,so the monitoring needs to build system framework including practical monitoring indicators,collaborative organizations,regulatory implementation procedures and systematic system construction.In order to promote the implementation of the system framework,it is necessary to establish a monitoring system,improve scientific and efficient supporting system,build data support intelligent computing platform,promote relevant theoretical research,and strengthen the effective usage of monitoring results,so as to realize standardized,scientific and institutionalized construction and management of vocational education textbook.
