摘 要:为研究盾构隧道施工引起的深层土体位移规律,本文以苏州轨道交通11号线工程为研究背景,选取其施工条件最为复杂的区域,通过布置弱光纤光栅应变感测系统,收集盾构施工过程中深层土体变形数据。研究结果显示:盾构隧道开挖过程中引起的深层土体位移变形具有差异性,不同土层的变形规律不同,距盾构隧道距离较近的部分深层土体受挤土效应会产生隆起变形,且距隧道距离越近,隆起变形越大;同一横断面盾构开挖导致的沉降变形范围大于盾构机盾尾注浆引起的隆起变形范围,且不同性质的土层隆沉情况不同。弱光纤光栅感测技术可以实现深层土体位移变形的自动化监测,监测结果可以为盾构开挖引起的地下建筑物及管线变形提供数据支撑。In order to study the displacement law of deep soil caused by shield tunnel construction,this paper takes Suzhou Railway Transit Line 11 project as the research background,selects the area with the most complicated construction conditions,and collects the deformation data of deep soil during shield construction by arranging the weak fibre-optic grating strain sensing system.The research results show that:shield tunnel excavation process caused by deep soil displacement deformation has differences,different soil deformation law is different,from the shield tunnel distance closer to the part of the deep soil by the soil effect will produce bulging deformation,and the closer the distance from the tunnel,the larger the bulging deformation;the same cross-section shield excavation caused by the deformation of the range of settlement is greater than the shield machine shield tail grouting caused by the deformation of the range of the bulging and different nature of the soil layer bulging and sinking situation,and different nature of the soil layer bulging and sinking situation.The soil layer with different properties has different bulging and sinking conditions.Weak fibre-optic grating sensing technology can realize automatic monitoring of displacement and deformation of deep soil,and the monitoring results can provide data support for the deformation of underground buildings and pipelines caused by shield excavation.
