《饮膳正要》中补益药粥的探析及应用研究

摘  要:粥作为一种食疗手段具有悠久的历史,中医称该方法为“粥疗法”。古代中医书籍中不乏关于以粥治病的记载,《饮膳正要》作为我国现存的第一部营养专著,其记载的药膳资源非常丰富,收载了大量的粥方。本文通过充分收集与整理《饮膳正要》中的粥方,详细阐述粥方的治疗病证范畴、制作及服用方法等内容。由此发现粥方具有滋补养生和预防疾病的功效,且在预防各科多种病证时具有独特的优势和作用,值得进一步挖掘整理与推广应用。Congee has a long history as a means of food therapy,which is called“Congee therapy”by traditional Chinese medicine.In ancient Chinese medicine books,there are many records about treating diseases with porridge,as the first nutrition monograph in our country,Yin Shan Zheng Yao is about to record rich medicinal food resources and contain a large number of porridge recipes.By fully collecting and sorting out the congee prescriptions in“"Yinshan Zhengyao"”,this paper elaborates the treatment category of congee prescriptions,the preparation and taking methods of congee prescriptions,and so on.It is found that congee prescription has the effect of nourishing health and preventing diseases,and has unique advantages and functions in preventing various diseases and syndromes in various departments,which is worth further digging,sorting out and promoting.
