摘  要:本文深入探讨了高效液相色谱技术(HPLC)在识别与量化食品添加剂领域的广泛应用。文中详细解构了HPLC的构造要素和其运作机制,并对多样化的HPLC技术及其所搭配的检测器种类进行了阐述,同时梳理了食品添加剂的多类别属性,以及针对这些添加剂进行检测时所必须满足的标准与法规要求。核心内容聚焦于HPLC在添加剂测定中的实际运用,涵盖了添加剂的提取与前处理技术以及HPLC在不同添加剂测定中的具体案例分析。研究发现,HPLC技术在定量分析食品添加剂方面展现出其独有的高效性、精确性与高灵敏度,已成为检测领域不可或缺的技术手段。This article explores in depth the widespread application of high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)technology in identifying and quantifying food additives.The article provides a detailed analysis of the construction elements and operational mechanisms of HPLC,and elaborates on the diverse HPLC techniques and types of detectors used,at the same time,the multi category attributes of food additives and the standards and regulatory requirements that must be met when testing these additives were sorted out.The core content focuses on the practical application of HPLC in additive determination,covering the extraction and pretreatment techniques of additives as well as specific case studies of HPLC in the determination of different additives.Research has found that HPLC technology has demonstrated its unique efficiency,accuracy,and high sensitivity in quantitative analysis of food additives,and has become an indispensable technical means in the field of detection.
