创业知识对创业意愿的影响:创业自我效能感与角色榜样的作用

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对423名应届大学毕业生进行调查,基于社会认知理论考察了创业知识对创业意愿的影响,以及创业自我效能感和角色榜样在该影响过程中的作用机制。结果表明:创业知识对大学生创业意愿和创业自我效能感均具有显著的正向预测作用,创业自我效能感在创业知识与创业意愿之间起部分中介作用,父母创业角色榜样与亲朋创业角色榜样对创业知识与创业意愿之间的关系均具有显著的负向调节效应。具体而言,当身边有创业角色榜样时,创业知识对创业意愿的促进作用会被削弱;反之当身边缺少创业角色榜样时,创业知识对创业意愿的促进作用则更明显。Based on social cognitive theory,this study attempted to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial knowledge on fresh college graduates’entrepreneurial intention,especially to probe the mediating role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the moderating role of role model.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 423 fresh college graduates from four universities in Jiangsu province.The results showed that entrepreneurial knowledge had a significant positive predictive effect on fresh college graduates’entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy played a partial mediating role between entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial intention.The entrepreneurial role models from both parents and friends had significant negative moderating effects on the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial intention.Specifically,when fresh college graduates had entrepreneurial role models to learn,the promotion effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intention will be weakened;On the contrary,the promotion effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intention was more obvious.
