摘 要:目的探讨整合照护视域下五年制大专老年护理人才培养改革。方法宁波卫生职业技术学院中高职一体化联盟采取学校试点,联合温州护士学校,进行“三阶梯式”工学交替五年制大专老年护理人才培养改革,校院(企)合作探索构建“3+1+1”模块化课程体系,科学设置基于典型工作场域和工作任务的“以老人为中心”的特色专业课程,开发基于“1+X”证书、职业院校技能大赛的复合型老年护理人才课证、课赛融通课程。结果产教协同联合育人效果显著,用人单位对专业毕业生岗位胜任力的满意度总体较高,专业学生在各级各类技能大赛中屡获佳绩,为养老行业输送了多名优秀毕业生,组建了专兼职跨专业师资团队,建成多个国家级省市级课程资源。结论“三阶梯式”的工学交替人才培养能明显提升五年制大专老年护理专业学生的岗位胜任力,增强其职业能力。To explore the reform of geriatric nursing students cultivation in five-year higher vocational education under the perspective of integrated care.Methods Ningbo College of Health Sciences cooperated with Wenzhou Nursing School to practice the training mode of geriatric nursing students with a“three-step”alternating work and learning.School,hospital and elderly care center jointly explored a“3+1+1”modular curriculum system.Scientifically set up characteristic professional courses of typical work field and work tasks based on the elderly-centered idea,developed courses based on“1+X”certificates and vocational college skills competitions.Results Professional students have repeatedly won excellent results in various skills competitions,employers reported competencies high satisfaction with the competency of professional graduate.A cross-disciplinary teaching team comprising full-and part-time faculty was established,along with the creation of several national,provincial,and municipal-level course resources.Conclusions The“three-step”training of alternate working and learning talents can significantly improve the professional students post competence and enhance their vocational ability.
