“课程思政”在内科学内分泌病相关课程教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过探索和挖掘内分泌学相关课程中的“思政元素”,使课程思政贯穿教育教学全过程,旨在培养有人文素养的综合性医学人才。方法将思政元素融入课堂教学,并采用网络平台等新兴教学手段,强化课程思政重要性认识,提升师资队伍建设,梳理课程中的思政元素,精心设计教学,创新教学方式,建立完善考评体系,并于2023年10月开始对安徽中医药高等专科学校2022级临床医学1~4班学生教授内分泌学,以问卷调查的形式对126名学生进行教学效果评价。结果问卷调查显示96.03%(121/126)的学生对专业课融入课程思政的态度良好,89.69%(113/126)的学生认为课程思政课堂效果良好,84.92%(107/126)的学生认为授课内容与课程思政的契合度较高,85.71%(108/126)的学生认为课程思政对专业知识学习有一定作用,90.48%(114/126)的学生认为课程思政对德育水平具有一定影响。结论将课程思政应用于内科学中内分泌病相关课程教学中具有一定意义。“课程思政”在内科学有关内分泌病相关课程中的应用为我国各地方医学院校开展医学专业课程思政建设提供建议和参考。Objective To explore the“ideological and political elements”courses related to endocrine science,so as to integrate ideological and political education throughout the entire education and teaching process,and cultivate comprehensive medical talents with a strong sense of humanistic literacy.Methods Integrating ideological and political elements into classroom instruction,utilizing emerging teaching methods such as online platforms to enhance faculty development,systematically identifying ideological and political elements within the curriculum,meticulously designing teaching plans,innovating teaching methods,and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system.Beginning in October 2023,courses related to endocrine science were taught to students from Classes 1 to 4 of Clinical Medicine in Grade 2022 at Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 126 students participated in a survey to assess the effectiveness of the teaching approach.Results The survey showed that 96.03%(121/126)of students have a positive attitude towards the integration of ideological and political education into their professional courses,89.69%(113/126)found the classroom effects of this integration of be favorable,84.92%(107/126)believed that the teaching content was highly compatible with ideological and political education in courses,85.71%(108/126)believed that the integration contributed to their understanding of professional knowledge and 90.48%(114/126)believed that ideological and political education in courses has a certain impact on moral education level.Conclusions The application of ideological and political education in the teaching of courses related to endocrine science within internal medicineis of considerable significance.This study offers valuable insights and recommendations for the development of ideological and political education in medical professional courses across medical schools in China.
