摘  要:目的基于领悟社会支持的中介效应,探讨手术室护士工作-家庭冲突与工作疲溃感的关系。方法采用便利抽样法,选取58名手术室护士为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷调查表、工作-家庭冲突量表(WFC)、工作疲溃感量表(MBI)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对该58名护士进行调查。采用Pearson相关系数分析法分析手术室护士工作-家庭冲突、工作疲溃感与领悟社会支持之间的相关性;使用Amos 24.0软件构建结构方程模型,分析与检验领悟社会支持在手术室护士工作-家庭冲突与工作疲溃感的中介效应。结果共发放58份问卷,有效回收率为98.28%(57/58);57名手术室护士WFC量表总分为(57.40±3.48)分,MBI量表总分为(71.09±4.53)分,PSSS量表总分为(62.07±4.22)分;年龄30~45岁、已婚、工作年限5~10年、每月夜班次数≥4次、与家人同住、每日工作时间>8 h的手术室护士WFC量表评分分别高于年龄<30岁、未婚、工作年限1~4年、每月夜班次数≤3次、独居、每日工作时间≤8 h者(P<0.05);年龄30~45岁、工作年限≥5年、每月夜班次数≥4次、每日工作时间>8 h的手术室护士MBI量表评分分别高于年龄<30岁、工作年限1~4年、每月夜班次数≤3次、每日工作时间≤8 h者(P<0.05);每日工作时间>8 h的手术室护士PSSS量表评分低于每日工作时间≤8 h者(P<0.05);经Pearson相关系数分析,手术室护士WFC量表总分与MBI量表总分呈正相关(P<0.05),与PSSS量表总分呈负相关(P<0.05),且MBI量表总分与PSSS量表总分呈负相关(P<0.05);工作-家庭冲突对工作疲溃感有正向预测作用(P<0.05),对领悟社会支持有负向预测作用(P<0.05);领悟社会支持对工作疲溃感有负向预测作用(P<0.05);采用Bootstrap法检验,工作-家庭冲突对工作疲溃感的直接效应为0.534,通过领悟社会支持的间接效应为0.237,总效应为0.771,中介效应占比为0.3074,占总效应的30.74%。结论手术室护士存在较为明Objective To explore the relationship between work-family conflict and work burnout among operating room nurses based on the mediating effect of perceived social support.Methods 58 operating room nurses were selected by convenience sampling method.Data were collected using a general information questionnaire,the Work Family Conflict Scale(WFC),the Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis was used to examine the correlation among work-family conflict,work burnout and perceived social support among these nurses.Additionally,structural equation modeling was conducted using Amos 24.0 software to analyze and test the mediating effect of perceived social support on work-family conflict and work burnout among operating room nurses.Results A total of 58 questionnaires were distributed,with an effective recovery rate 98.28%(57/58).The total score of the WFC scale was(57.40±3.48),for the MBI scale was(71.09±4.53),and for the PSSS scale was(62.07±4.22).Nurses aged 30-45,married,working for 5-10 years,working night shifts more than 4 times per month,living with family and working more than 8 hours per day had higher WFC scores than those aged lower than 30,unmarried,working for 1-4 years,working night shifts less than 3 times per month,living alone and working less than 8 hours per day(P<0.05).Nurses aged 30-45,with a work experience over 5 years,working night shifts more than 4 times per month and working more than 8 hours per day had higher MBI scores than those aged lower than 30 years,with a work experience of 1-4 years,working night shifts below 3 times per month and working for below 8 hours per day(P<0.05).Nurses working more than 8 hours per day had lower PSSS scores compared to those working lower than 8 hours per day(P<0.05).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that the total score of the WFC scale was positively correlated with the total score of the MBI scale(P<0.05),and it was negatively correlated with the total score of the PS
