摘　　要：产教融合是现代职业教育的发展方向,是高等职业教育增强服务区域产业发展能力和提高人才培养质量的必然选择,但也是当前职业教育发展的瓶颈之一。文章通过深入探索黄炎培职业教育思想的理论精髓,结合高职化工专业的特点,以烟台职业学院应用化工技术专业建设人才培养模式为例,探寻解决产教融合困境的有效途径,提升服务区域产业发展的能力,培养出更多符合产业需求的高素质人才。The integration of production and education is the development direction of modern vocational education,which is an inevitable choice for higher vocational education to enhance the ability of regional industrial development and improve the quality of talent training,but it is also one of the bottlenecks in the development of current vocational education.By exploring the theoretical essence of Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought and combining with the characteristics of the chemical major in higher vocational colleges,this paper takes the talent training mode of applied chemical technology major construction in Yantai Vocational College as an example to explore effective ways to solve the dilemma of the integration of production and education,improve the ability to serve regional industrial development,and cultivate more high-quality talents who meet the needs of the industry.
