摘 要:磁浮列车作为重要的新型交通工具,其悬浮系统设计是车辆设计中的核心环节,而电磁铁的电磁场计算作为悬浮系统设计阶段的重要数据参考,其计算的精度和速度决定了悬浮系统设计的精度和响应速度。文章以中低速磁浮车为例,应用变分法原理进行悬浮电磁铁的电磁场计算,利用稀疏矩阵变换、牛顿迭代法、磁化曲线拟合等手段加速非线性计算过程,实现运算轻量化。结果表明,文章提出的方法和商用软件MAXWELL的计算结果偏差不超过6.5%,精度上满足工程应用要求;遍历10组相同参数所需计算时长为0.54s,相较于MAXWELL缩短99%;计算过程数据可视、可用,增加了结果后处理的灵活性,在快速分析或复杂模型计算时有较强的借鉴意义。Maglev trains have been developed as an important novel mode of transportation,with the design of their levitation systems considered a core component of vehicle design.Electromagnetic field calculations of electromagnets provide crucial reference data for the design stage of these levitation systems.Therefore,the accuracy and response speed of designed levitation systems heavily rely on both the accuracy and speed of these calculations.This paper presented research focused on medium-low speed maglev trains,leveraging the principle of the calculus of variations to calculate the electromagnetic fields of levitation electromagnets.To accelerate the nonlinear calculation process,several methods including sparse matrix transformation,Newton’s iteration method,and magnetization curve fitting were incorporated,aimed at achieving lightweight calculations.The results show result deviations of less than 6.5%between the proposed method and MAXWELL,indicating that the approach aligns well with the accuracy requirements of engineering applications.The calculation time taken to process 10 groups of identical parameters is 0.54 s,representing a 99%reduction compared to MAXWELL.The advantages of data visualization and accessibility during the calculation process enhance flexibility in the post-processing of results.These study outcomes are of strong significance as a reference for rapid analysis or calculations using complex models.
