新农科背景下涉农专业学生专业志趣调研与探析

摘  要:[目的]引导农牧类专业学生培育专业志趣,努力成为知农爱农、立志服务农业现代化的新型人才。[方法]分析影响学生专业志趣培养的因素,编制调研问卷,对4所高校涉农专业学生进行调研,运用SPPS主成分分析、T检验、LSD法等方法进行统计分析。[结果]低年级学生专业志趣显著高于高年级学生(P<0.05),高年级学生专业志趣的离散性相对更强,高考一志愿录取、报考时立志从事专业相关工作意愿、入学前对专业感兴趣程度与入学后的专业志趣呈正相关,学生的专业志趣与专业自我效能感之间呈正向关系。[结论]涉农专业学生专业志趣较高,从高中到大学有一定的延续性,专业自我效能感评价越高的学生专业志趣越高,专业志趣高的学生对教育环境的要求较高。[Objectives]Students majoring in agriculture and animal husbandry were guided to cultivate their professional interests and strive to become new talents who understand and love agriculture,and aspire to serve the modernization of agriculture.[Methods]The factors affecting the cultivation of professional interests of students were analyzed.The survey questionnaire was developed to investigate students from agriculture-related majors in four universities.SPPS principal component analysis,t-test,LSD were used to perform statisti‐cal analyses.[Results]The professional interests of junior students were significantly higher than those of se‐nior students(P<0.05),and the dispersion of professional interests among senior students was relatively stron‐ger.The first choice for college entrance examination admission,the willingness to pursue major related career during application,the level of interest in the major before enrollment,and the professional interest after enroll‐ment were positively correlated.There was a positive relationship between the professional interests of students and major self-efficacy.[Conclusions]Students from agriculture-related majors have a higher level of profes‐sional interest,with a certain degree of continuity from high school to university.Students with higher levels of major self-efficacy have higher levels of professional interest,and those with higher levels of professional inter‐est have higher requirements for the educational environment.
