摘 要:为了解某地区两类海产品无机元素含量及分布情况,采用微波消解前处理技术、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),对某地区2023年度的84份海产品进行测定。研究该地区海产品中Pb、Cr、As、Cd、Cu和Ni六种无机元素含量以及元素富集情况;采用单因子污染指数和内梅罗综合污染物,对这两种海产品进行食用安全性评价。结果显示:84份海产品中有15份样品中的Cd超过食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量指标,超标率为17.9%(其中双壳类仅1份超标,虾蛄有14份样本超标-占虾姑总样本份数42的33.3%),84份样品中的其他重金属含量未超过污染物限量指标。在双壳类样品中,Pb元素含量高于虾蛄类样品;Cd、Cu、As三种元素在虾蛄样本中含量明显高于双壳类海产品样本。双壳类海产品样本中的单一因子污染指数、内梅罗综合污染物以及THQ/TTHQ全部在完全安全可食用水平范围内,虾蛄可能存在Cd污染,需对其健康风险进一步研究探索。To understand the content and distribution of inorganic elements in two types of seafood in a certain region,microwave digestion pretreatment technology and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)were used to determine 84 seafood samples from the region in 2023.The content and enrichment of six inorganic elements,Pb,Cr,As,Cd,Cu,and Ni,in seafood from the region were investigated;Single factor pollution index and Nemerol comprehensive pollutant index were used to evaluate the food safety of these two seafood products.The results showed that 15 out of 84 seafood samples had Cd levels exceeding the national food safety standard for food pollutants,with an exceedance rate of 17.9%(only Cd in 1 sample of bivalves exceeded the standard,and Cd in 14 samples of shrimp exceeded the standard-accounting for 33.3%of the total sample size of shrimp).The content of other inorganic elements in 84 samples did not exceed the pollutant limits.In bivalve samples,the content of Pb element was higher than that in shrimp samples;the content of Cd, Cu, and As elements in shrimp samples was significantly higher thanthat in bivalve seafood samples. The single factor pollution index, Nemerolo comprehensive pollutants index, and THQ/TTHQ in the samples of bivalve seafood were all within the completely safe edible level ranges. The shrimp may becontaminated with Cd, and further research and exploration on its health risks were needed.
