摘 要:随着教育数字化转型的不断推进,高校外语教学面临着新的机遇与挑战,高校外语教师的数字素养成为当下的关键议题和关注焦点。当前高校部分外语教师数字化意识淡薄、数字化资源整合能力不足、缺乏科学的培训和评价体系,这些问题在一定程度上制约了高校外语教学与教育数字化转型的协同发展。今后高校外语教师应增强自身的数字化意识,改变传统教育理念。高校应建立校际间的合作交流智能化平台以推动共享共建共学,开展以实践为导向、面向课堂的系统性培训,建立“以评促学、以评促用、以评促优”的高校外语教师数字素养评价体系,以进一步提升高校外语教师的数字素养和高校外语教学质量,更好地促进教育数字化转型。With the continuous advancement of the digital transformation of education,foreign language teaching in universities is facing new opportunities and challenges,thus the digital literacy of foreign language teachers has become the key issue and focus of attention.At present,some foreign language teachers are weak in their digital consciousness and inadequate in the abilities to integrate digital resources,and lack the scientific training and evaluation systems.All these problems restrict the collaborative development of foreign language teaching and digital transformation of education in universities to a certain extent.In future,foreign language teachers in universities should enhance their digital consciousness and change their traditional education ideas.Universities should establish an intelligent cooperation and exchange platform to promote the common share,construction,and learning,carry out the practice-oriented and class-oriented systematic training,and set up a digital literacy evaluation system of“evaluation promoting learning,application and excellence”for foreign language teachers so as to further improve their digital literacy and the foreign language teaching quality,and better promote the digital transformation of education.
