摘 要:目的了解国内外医学模拟教育研究热点与发展趋势,为我国医学模拟教育的发展提供参考。方法以CNKI、Web of Science数据库为国内外数据来源,检索21世纪以来医学模拟教育研究相关文献,其中CNKI数据库文献4338篇、Web of Science数据库文献5986篇,利用CiteSpace数据分析软件对国内外医学模拟教育的研究热点与发展趋势进行比较及可视化分析。结果国内外医学模拟教育研究年发文量整体呈波折上升趋势;美国、加拿大、英国在国际合作网络中介中心性大于0.1;国外研究机构及作者合作紧密度高于国内;国内外期刊中,BMC Medical Education、《中国高等医学教育》发文量最多;国外研究热点为虚拟现实、病人安全等方面,国内研究热点为标准化病人、护理教学等方面;国外研究前沿为医学教育和培训、毕业后医学教育、3D打印、AR、反馈,国内研究前沿为教育、住院医师、满意度、综合能力等。结论医学模拟教育研究仍是未来的研究热点,国外在医学模拟教育学科建设、医学模拟中心使用效率、师资培训体系、课程设置及人才培养体系等方面要优于国内,且研究热点前沿更加具有系统性及多元性。ObjectiveTo understand the research hotspots and development trends of medical simulation education in China and other countries and to provide a reference for the development of medical simulation education in China.MethodsCNKI and Web of Science were used as databases to retrieve Chinese and international research articles related to medical simulation education since the 21st century.These included 4338 articles from CNKI and 5986 articles from Web of Science.CiteSpace data analysis software was used to compare and visualize the research hotspots and development trends of medical simulation education in China and other countries.ResultsThe annual publication volume of research on medical simulation education in China and other countries generally increased with periodic fluctuations.The United States,Canada,and the United Kingdom showed centralities greater than 0.1 in the international cooperation network.Institutions and authors in other countries demonstrated a higher degree of collaboration than those in China.The journals of BMC Medical Education and China Higher Medical Education published the highest number of articles.The research hotspots in other countries included virtual reality and patient safety,while the research in China focused on standardized patients and nursing education.Cutting-edge topics in other countries included medical education and training,postgraduate medical education,3D printing,augmented reality,and feedback.In China,the cutting-edge research focused on education,resident physicians,satisfaction,and comprehensive capabilities.ConclusionsMedical simulation education remains a hot topic in future research.Compared with China,other countries have demonstrated advantages in construction of medical simulation education discipline,the efficiency of simulation center usage,faculty training systems,curriculum design,and talent development systems,with more systematic and diversified research frontiers and hotspots.
