摘  要:随着我国高等职业教育的不断发展,深化职教改革、培养具有创新精神和创新能力的“技能型”创新人才,是目前高职教育发展中的重要课题。文章详细分析了高职院校“技能型”创新人才培养现状、导师制实施的必要性。在此基础上,提出一种基于“项目导师制”的高职创新人才育人理念,并详细介绍了具体实施方案和实施意义,旨在强化药学类专业创新人才的特色培养,探索“技能型”创新人才培养新模式,为高职教育培养模式的创新提供参考。With the continuous development of higher vocational education in China,deepening the reform of vocational education and cultivating"skilled"innovative talents with innovative spirit and ability are important issues in the development of higher vocational education at present.This paper analyzes in detail the current situation of training"skilled"innovative talents in higher vocational colleges and the necessity of implementing the tutorial system.On this basis,a concept of educating innovative talents in higher vocational education based on"project guidance system"is proposed,and the specific implementation plan and implementation significance are introduced in detail,aiming at strengthening the characteristic training of innovative talents in pharmaceutical majors,exploring a new mode of training"sklled"innovative talents,and providing references for the innovation of training mode in higher vocational education.
