摘　　要：网络文明是新形势下社会文明进步的重要标志之一,也是网络文化建设的重要领城。以文明新风塑造和净化网络空间,用网络文明托起“云端”向上向善美好家园,是时代之需,也是人民所盼。近年来,济南坚持发展和治理相统一、网上和网下相融合,在“文明上网”行动中,着力加强网络空间思想引领,大力弘扬先进网络文化,强化网络空间道德示范,大力推动文明办网、文明用网、文明上网,汇聚网.络文明建设合力,推动网络文明理念蔚然成风、深入人心,让网上家园更美好、更干净、更安全。Network civilization stands as a key indicator of societal progress in the digital age and represents a key domain within the development of online culture.Shaping and purifying cyberspace with a new ethos of civility,and fostering an uplifting and virtuous digital environment in the“cloud”,are both timely necessities and the aspirations of the people.By promoting network civilization,we can build a better online world that reflects positive values and supports the well-being of all its users.
