摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出:“教育是国之大计、党之大计”。高校具有丰富的管理育人资源,但当前部分地方高校存在管理人员的人岗相适度不足、管理理念和育人模式不够先进、管理制度建设方面缺乏创新等问题,面临着社会变革、信息技术升级与价值观冲突带来的意识形态风险挑战。解决这些突出问题,需要在党的二十大精神的指引下不断探索符合新时代特点的管理育人有效路径,积极应对和适应不断变化的新态势、新要求,提升高校管理育人质量,响应党和国家对高等教育培育时代新人、“办好人民满意的教育”的要求。The report to the 20th CPC National Congress states that“Education is the major plan of the country and the Party”.There are abundant management and education resources in colleges,but at present some local colleges face problems such as insufficient personnel to position management personnel,lack of advanced management concept and education mode,lack of innovation in the construction of management system,etc,which is facing the challenge of ideological risk brought by social change,information technology upgrade and values conflict.In order to solve these outstanding problems,it is necessary to continuously explore the effective paths of management of moral education in line with the characteristics of the new era under the guidance of the Guiding Principles of the 20th CPC National Congress,actively response to and adapt to constantly changing new situations and requirements,improve the quality of university management and education,and respond to the requirements of“Providing education that satisfies the people”of the Party and the state for higher education to cultivate new talents of the era.
