摘　　要：目的分析情景模拟演练对120护士心肺复苏能力的影响。方法选择2022年1月到2024年1月在福建省厦门市医疗急救中心培训急救护理技能的90名120护士为研究对象,根据抽签法,随机分为研究组(采取情景模拟演练法,45例)和对照组(采取常规培训法,45例)。比较两组护士的考核成绩、护理能力、培训效能。结果经过情景模拟演练培训后,两组护士各项考核成绩和护理能力评分均比培训前明显提高,且培训后研究组护士理论考核成绩,应急考核成绩,临床实际综合能力评定结果,以及领导能力、危重患者监护能力、计划评估能力、专业维度、沟通交流能力、合作能力评分均明显高于对照组护士(P<0.05)。经培训后,研究组护士培训满意度评分、实践自信度评分以及总分均显著高于对照组护士(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟演练法的培训模式可提高120护士心肺复苏能力的考核成绩以及护理能力,提升护士的培训满意度和实践自信度。Objective To analyze the impact of scenario-based simulation training on the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)skills of 120 nurses.Methods A total of 90 nurses from the Xiamen Emergency Medical Center in Fujian Province,who participated in emergency nursing skills training from January 2022 to January 2024,were selected as the study subjects.Using a random draw method,the participants were divided into two groups:the study group(scenario-based simulation training,45 cases)and the control group(conventional training,45 cases).The two groups were compared in terms of their assessment scores,nursing competence,and training effectiveness.Results After scenario-based simulation training,both groups showed significant improvements in assessment scores and nursing competence compared to pre-training levels.Moreover,the study group demonstrated significantly higher scores in theoretical assessment,emergency assessment,clinical practical ability,as well as leadership skills,critical care monitoring ability,planning and evaluation skills,professional competencies,communication skills,and collaboration ability,compared to the control group.After the training,the study group also had significantly higher scores in training satisfaction,practical confidence,and overall performance compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario-based simulation training effectively improves the CPR skills and nursing competence of 120 nurses,enhancing their training satisfaction and practical confidence.
