摘 要:基于双重预防机制,建立合理的安全评价指标体系是对高校实验室风险分级管控的关键。结合高校实验室发生事故统计分析,按严重程度对危险有害因素进行排序,根据能量意外释放理论、两类危险源理论进行危险有害因素的辨识与分析,在此基础上,新疆工程学院实验室结合层次分析法和专家评议构建了实验室模糊综合评价指标体系。最后,根据实验室综合评价等级,提出了完整的新疆工程学院实验室风险分级管控措施。Based on the dual prevention mechanism,the establishment of a reasonable safety evaluation index system is the key to the risk classification control of university laboratories.Aiming at the identification and analysis of hazardous and harmful factors in the laboratory of Xinjiang Institute of Engineering using the theory of energy accidental release and two types of hazard sources,combined with the statistical research on accidents in national university laboratories,a basis for the establishment of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system is provided.On the basis of systematic analysis of hazardous and harmful factors in the laboratory,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system for the laboratory is established by combining hierarchical classification and expert evaluation.Finally,based on the comprehensive evaluation level of the laboratory,a complete risk grading and control measure for the laboratory of Xinjiang University of Engineering is proposed.
