研究性教学在土木工程专业实习教学中的探索研究——以生产实习为例

摘　　要：作为土木工程专业实习教学的重要组成部分,生产实习十分注重实践教学,符合新时代背景下的人才培养需求。当前,研究性教学已经成为培养具备创新能力人才的重要手段。分析了研究性教学对提升学生实践能力、培养自主学习能力和团队协作能力的重要作用,探索了将研究性教学引入土木工程专业实习教学的路径,提出了注重问题驱动式教学、加强启发性教学和完善综合性评价与反馈机制等教学策略。经过实践,教学改革取得了良好的效果,为培养新时代背景下的高素质创新型人才奠定了基础。As an important part of civil engineering professional internship teaching,production internship pays great attention to practical teaching,which meets the talent cultivation needs in the context of the new era.At present,research-based teaching has become an important means to train talents with innovative ability.This paper analyzes the important role of research-based teaching in improving students'practical ability,cultivating independent learning ability and teamwork ability,explores the path of introducing research-based teaching into civil engineering practice teaching,and puts forward some teaching strategies,such as focusing on problem-driven teaching,strengthening inspirational teaching and improving comprehensive evaluation and feedback mechanism.Through practice,the teaching reform has achieved good results,laying a foundation for training high-quality innovative talents in the new era.
