摘　　要：目的:探究在手术室新入职护士岗前仪器设备使用培训过程中实施成果导向教育(OBE)-CDIO理念教学的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月德阳市人民医院新入职的72名手术室护士作为研究对象,按照入科顺序分为对照组与实验组,每组各36名。对照组给予常规教学方法,实验组在对照组基础上联合OBE-CDIO理念教学,比较两组护士考核成绩、自主学习能力、评判性思维能力、教学满意度。结果:培训后,实验组护士理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、自主学习能力各维度评分及总分、中文版批判性思维特质量表(CTDI-CV)各维度评分及总分、教学满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.266、9.500、34.488、4.585、3.046、3.943、4.920、5.099、5.680、3.556、4.633、4.373、2.873、4.770、6.459,χ^(2)=5.690;P<0.05)。结论:在手术室新入职护士岗前仪器设备使用培训过程中实施OBE-CDIO理念教学效果显著,可明显提升其考核成绩、自主学习能力、评判性思维能力及教学满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of results-oriented education OBE—CDIO concept teaching in the training process of pre-service equipment use for new nurses in the operating room.Methods:72 newly admitted nurses in the operating room of Deyang People’s Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to their admission time.The control group was given conventional teaching methods,while the experimental group was given OBE-CDIO concept teaching based on the control group.Assessment results independent learning ability,critical thinking ability,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After training,the experimental group was higher than the control group in theoretical assessment scores,operational assessment scores,scores and total scores of independent learning ability,scores and total scores of CTDI-CV,and teaching satisfaction.The difference was statistically significant(t=9.266,9.500,34.488,4.585,3.046,3.943,4.920,5.099,5.680,3.556,4.633,4.373,2.873,4.770,6.459;χ^(2)=5.690;P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of OBE-CDIO concept teaching in the pre-service training process for new nurses in the operating room can significantly improve their assessment scores,independent learning ability,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction.
