摘 要:我国研究生教育学科结构与产业结构高度相关。当前研究生教育学科结构与产业结构整体处于高度耦合水平,但学科结构发展水平整体滞后于产业结构发展水平,研究生教育整体规模有待进一步扩大。细分至各学科层次维度,农学类博士研究生规模有更大扩展空间;工学类硕士研究生规模扩张更为迫切;人文社科类研究生相对规模宜保持稳定,其博士层次规模尚需扩大。研究表明,要推进研究生教育学科结构与产业结构的良性互动,政策层面短期重在调整人才培养规模、中期重在补齐学科建设短板、长期重在完善招生调节机制。The discipline structure of China’s graduate education is highly correlated with the industrial structure.At present,the structure of graduate education disciplines and industrial structure are highly coupled,but the development level of discipline structure lags behind the development level of industrial structure,and the overall scale of graduate education needs to be improved.Subdivided into the dimensions of each discipline level,the scale of doctoral students in agronomy has greater potential for expansion;there is a more urgent need to expand the enrollment of master's students in engineering;the relative scale of graduate students in humanities and social sciences should be kept stable,and the scale of their doctoral level has yet to be upgraded.This study suggests that to promote positive interaction between the disciplinary structure of postgraduate education and industrial structure,policy priorities should focus on:adjusting the scale of talent cultivation in the short term,addressing gaps in discipline development in the medium term,and improving enrollment adjustment mechanisms in the long term.
