摘 要:该文以新能源专业实践教学为研究对象,通过梳理新能源专业的核心技能需求和行业发展趋势,构建以真实工程项目为核心的教学体系,将理论学习与实践操作有机融合,从教学目标、项目设计、实施过程及评价方法等方面进行详细论述,分析项目驱动教学在激发学生学习兴趣、培养实践能力和创新意识方面的优势。同时,结合案例研究,验证了该模式在提高学生专业能力和职业素养方面的实际效果。研究表明,基于项目驱动的实践教学模式具有显著的可操作性和推广价值,可为新能源专业人才培养提供有力支持。This paper takes the practical teaching of new energy profession as the research object,through sorting out the core skill demand of new energy profession and the industry development trend,constructing the teaching system with real engineering projects as the core,integrating the theoretical learning and practical operation organically,and discussing in detail from the aspects of teaching objectives,project design,implementation process and evaluation methods,analysing the advantages of project-driven teaching in stimulating students’interest in learning,cultivating practical ability and innovation consciousness.It analyses the advantages of project-driven teaching in stimulating students’learning interest,cultivating practical ability and innovation consciousness.At the same time,the actual effect of this mode in improving students’professional ability and vocational quality is verified with case studies.The study shows that the project-driven practical teaching mode has significant operability and popularisation value,and can provide powerful support for the cultivation of new energy professional talents.
