摘 要:目的 分析在肿瘤中医教学中实施问题导向法(PBL)的效果。方法 选择2021年1月—2021年12月滨州医学院烟台附属医院接收的中医肿瘤科80名实习生作为研究样本,以双盲法分为实验组与参照组,各40名,参照组实习生接受传统课堂授课方式,实验组实习生接受PBL教学,比较两组实习生带教前后各项成绩(理论考核成绩、临床操作成绩、实习成绩)、临床能力评分(基础知识及操作、临床思维能力、综合表达能力、主动学习、总结经验、拓展知识面)、教学效果(辨证准确率、鉴别诊断掌握率、授课满意率、理法方药统一率)。结果 带教前,两组实习生的各项成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教后,实验组各项成绩、教学效果、临床能力评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在肿瘤中医教学中实施PBL效果显著,能提升实习生的成绩与临床能力,值得推广。Objective To analyze the teaching effect of problem-based learning(PBL)in traditional Chinese medicine teaching of can-cer.Methods A total of 80 interns from in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from January 202l to December 2021 were selected as research samples and divided into the experimental group and the control group by double-blind method,with 40 intems in each group.The control group received traditional classrcom teaching,while the experimental group received PBL teach-ing.The resuls of the two groups were compared before and after teaching(theoretical assessment score,clinical operation score,prac-tice score),clinical ability score(basic knowledge and operation,clinical thinking ability,comprehensive expression ability,active leaming,summarizing experience,expanding knowledge range),teaching effect(accuracy rate of syndrome differentiation,mastery rate of differential diagnosis,satisfaction rate of teaching,unity rate of theory,method,prescription and medicine).Results Before teaching,there was no statistical significance in the scores of the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of the experimental group,teaching effectand elinical ability were belter than those of the control group,and the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PBL intervention in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine for cancer has a significant effect,not only improving the performance level of interns,but also improving their clinical ability and teaching effectiveness,which is worth promoting.
