摘　　要：建构中国自主环境法学知识体系是新时代赋予中国环境法学人的新使命,其关键在于加强中国环境法学研究的自主性,而文化自觉是自主性获得的重要体现。中华文明具有突出的历史连续性,中华优秀传统文化积淀着中华民族最深层的精神追求。探寻中国环境法学的传统文化基因,有助于夯实中国自主环境法学知识体系的文化基础,探索面向人与自然和谐共生的当代环境法价值取向,发挥中华优秀传统文化对中国环境法学的价值引领与注释作用。为此,环境法学研究必须增强文化自觉、彰显文化自信,以“两个结合”为根本原则,以中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展为现实途径,建构中国自主环境法学知识体系,扩展建设具有中国特色现代生态文明的创新空间。The construction of China's independent knowledge system of environmental law represents a new mission for Chinese environmental law scholars in the new era,with its core emphasis on strengthening the academic autonomy of Chinese environmental law research through cultural self-consciousness.Chinese civilization is characterized by remarkable historical continuity,with traditional Chinese culture embodying the deepest spiritual pursuits of the Chinese nation.Exploring the traditional cultural genes of Chinese environmental law helps consolidate the cultural foundation of China's independent knowledge system of environmental law,explore contemporary environmental law values oriented toward harmony between humans and nature,and leverage the value guidance and interpretative role of excellent traditional Chinese culture in environmental law.To achieve this,environmental law research must enhance cultural self-consciousness and confidence,adhering to the fundamental principle of the"Two Combinations"and pursuing the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture as practical approaches.This will facilitate the construction of China's independent knowledge system of environmental law and expand the innovative space for building modern ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.
