摘 要:职业院校教师数字素养测评是职业院校教师队伍建设的重要组成部分,对职业院校教师数字素养发展和专业发展具有重要意义。但在实际测评过程中,存在测评实施不够严谨、测评指标不够全面、测评结果应用不够充分等问题。为更好地解决这些问题,基于教育部发布的《教师数字素养》标准,针对存在的问题,从制定测评实施方案、测评指标特点、测评结果分析等方面构建职业院校教师数字素养测评机制,为分析职业院校教师数字素养现状及存在的问题和进行针对性研训提供理论基础与实践意见。The digital literacy assessment of teachers in vocational colleges is an important part of the construction of teachers in vocational colleges and is of great significance for the development of digital literacy and professional development of teachers in vocational colleges.In the actual assessment process,there are still problems such as insufficient rigor in assessment implementation,insufficient comprehensiveness of assessment indicators,and insufficient application of assessment results.To better solve these problems,based on the teacher digital literacy standards released by the Ministry of Education and aiming at the existing problems,a digital literacy assessment mechanism for teachers in vocational colleges is constructed from aspects such as formulating assessment implementation plans,characteristics of assessment indicators,and analysis of assessment results,providing a theoretical basis and practical suggestions for analyzing the current situation and existing problems of digital literacy of teachers in vocational colleges and conducting targeted research and training.
