摘 要:区域教研所指范围是一个行政区域内所开展的教研活动,包括研究机构和基层学校的教研,重点在于如何让区域教师获取专业成长。从萃取教研主题、资源的整合、教研活动流程的设计等方面探讨科学组织区域教育活动的方法和技术,改变教研员“一言堂”式的教研活动,解决“目标不明,随意性大;内容零散,系统性差;形式单一,创新性弱;参与狭浅,收益性低”等区域教研痼疾,使教研有效性得以长足提高。The scope of regional teaching and research refers to the teaching and research activities carried out within an administrative region,including research institutions and grassroots schools,with a focus on how to enable regional teachers to achieve professional growth.This article explores the methods and techniques of scientifically organizing regional educational activities from the aspects of extracting teaching and research themes,integrating resources,and designing teaching and research activity processes.It aims to change the“one-man”teaching and research activities of teaching and research personnel,solve the chronic problems of“unclear goals,high arbitrariness,scattered content,poor systematicity,single form,weak innovation,narrow participation,and low profitability”in regional teaching and research,and greatly improve the effectiveness of teaching and research.
