试论高职院校实训室建设项目业财审融合的策略与实践

摘　　要：通过探讨当前高职院校实训室建设项目业财审分离的现状及原因,提出了业财审融合的原则与模式,并给出了具体的实施建议。研究发现,业财审的沟通与协作不畅是导致项目管理效能低下的关键原因。通过建立跨部门协作机制、加强信息共享平台建设、强化风险预警与控制机制、提升人员素质和能力、优化资源配置和使用效率、引入数字化管理工具以及加强绩效考核和激励机制等措施来推动业财审融合的实施,将有助于提升高职院校实训室建设项目的整体效能和质量水平。This paper explord the communication and collaboration issues among business,finance,and audit departments in the construction projects of practical training rooms in higher vocational colleges,analyzed the current situation and causes of the lack of integration among these departments,proposed principles and models for the integration of business,finance and audit,and offered specific implementation suggestions.The study found that poor communication and collaboration among business,finance,and audit departments are the key reasons for low project management efficiency.To address this issue,this paper proposes principles such as goal consistency,information sharing,collaborative cooperation,risk early warning and control,and continuous improvement and optimization.It also suggests that higher vocational colleges promote the implementation of the integration of business,finance,and audit by establishing cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms,strengthening the construction of information sharing platforms,enhancing risk early warning and control mechanisms,improving personnel quality and capabilities,optimizing resource allocation and usage efficiency,introducing digital management tools,and strengthening performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms.The implementation of these measures will help improve the overall efficiency and quality of practical training room construction projects in higher vocational colleges,cultivating more highly skilled talents for economic and social development.
