摘 要:目的 探讨和总结基层官兵防控劳力型热射病(EHS)技能培训的有效教学方法,旨在提升官兵应对EHS的综合能力。方法 基于对当前培训现状的全面评估,提出线上与线下、理论与实践相结合的混合式教学模式。结果 通过实施该混合式教学模式,基层官兵的学习兴趣显著提高,防控意识和实际操作能力得到显著提升。结论 教学改革能够有效提高基层官兵的EHS防控水平,未来应进一步优化教学模式,持续提升基层官兵应对EHS的能力。Objective This study aims to explore and summarize effective teaching methods for skill training in the prevention and control of exertional heatstroke(EHS)among grassroots officers and soldiers.The ultimate goal is to enhance their overall competence in managing EHS.Methods Based on a comprehensive assessment of the current training landscape,a hybrid teaching model was developed that integrates both online and offline methods as well as theory and practical application.Results The implementation of this hybrid teaching model led to a significant increase in the learning engagement of grassroots officers and soldiers.Additionally,their awareness of EHS prevention and control,along with their practical abilities,showed marked improvement.Conclusion Teaching reforms have proven to be effective in elevating the EHS prevention and management capabilities of grassroots officers and soldiers.To sustain these improvements,the teaching model should be further optimized in the future,ensuring a continuous enhancement of their ability to address EHS challenges effectively.
