摘  要:随着人群健康体检意识的提高和超声检查技术的不断进步,甲状腺结节的检出率呈现逐年上升趋势,术前诊断甲状腺结节的性质成为了临床工作中面临的一项重大挑战。尽管超声检查技术和超声引导下细针穿刺活检(ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration biopsy,US-FNAB)不断完善,但由于各项检查技术均存在其优点和局限性,因此联合基因突变检测,有望进一步提高术前诊断的准确率,并减少不必要的诊断性手术。对多模态超声联合基因突变检测在甲状腺结节诊断中的应用进展予以综述。With the increasing awareness of physical examination among the population and the continuous advancement of ultrasound technology,the detection rate of thyroid nodules has shown a rising trend year by year.Preoperative diagnosis of the nature of thyroid nodules has become a major challenge in clinical work.Although ultrasound technology and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy(USFNAB)have been continuously improved,due to the advantages and limitations of each examination technique,the combined use of genetic mutation detection is expected to further improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis and reduce unnecessary diagnostic procedures.This article aims to review the application progress of multimodal ultrasound combined with genetic mutation detection in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
