摘　　要：目的:分析二氧化锆(Zirconia restoration,ZrO_(2))修复体在口腔修复中的应用效果及对患者龈沟液炎症水平的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年1月在永安市中医医院接受口腔修复的患者100例,按照不同口腔修复材料分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组行镍铬合金修复体修复,观察组行ZrO_(2)修复体修复,比较两组修复效果、龈沟液炎症水平、牙周健康指标及咀嚼功能。结果:观察组修复效果(修复体边缘密合度、边缘着色、形态与食物嵌塞)优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项龈沟液炎症指标(白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8与肿瘤坏死因子-α)及各项牙周健康指标(菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数与牙龈指数)均低于对照组,咀嚼效率、咬合力高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用ZrO_(2)修复体行口腔修复的效果较理想,更利于减轻龈沟液炎症刺激,改善牙周健康状况及咀嚼功能。Objective:To investigate the application of zirconia restoration(ZrO_(2))in oral restoration and its impact on the level of gingival crevicular fluid inflammation.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent oral restoration in Yong'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different oral repair materials,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was repaired with nickel-chromium alloy restoration,and the observation group was repaired with ZrO,restoration.The repair effect,gingival crevicular fluid inflammation level,periodontal health index and masticatory function were compared between the two groups.Results:The repair effect of the observation group(restoration edge tightness,edge coloring,morphology and food impaction)was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the infammatory indexes of gingival crevicular fluid(interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-a)and periodontal health indexes(plaque index,gingival sulcus bleeding index and gingival index)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the chewing efficiency and bite force were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of oral repair with ZrO,restoration is ideal,which is more conducive to reducing the inflammatory stimulation of gingival crevicular fluid and improving periodontal health and masticatory function.
