摘 要:【目的】研究烟叶中与感官质量密切相关的多酚类化合物。【方法】利用超高效液相色谱串联四级杆质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)技术,建立一种同时测定烟叶中新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、莨菪亭、芸香苷和山奈酚的分析方法。【结果】该方法的加标回收率为90.3%~108.2%、检出限为0.4~0.5 ng/mL、标准曲线的判定系数均大于0.9990。测定89个等级的烟叶,烤烟烟叶中的多酚含量远大于其他烟叶。该方法简单,分析时间短,灵敏度高。To study the polyphenolic compounds in tobacco leaves that are closely related to sensory quality,an analytical method was established to simultaneously determine neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,scopoletin,rutin,and kaempferol in tobacco leaves using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The results showed spiked recovery rates of 90.3%-108.2%,the low limit of determination of 0.4-0.5 ng/mL,and coefficient of determination for standard curves higher than 0.9990.The established method was then successfully used to analyze polyphenols of 89 different tobacco leaves.The results showed that the content of polyphenols in flue-cured tobacco was much higher than that in other tobacco leaves.This method is simple,has a short analysis time,and is highly sensitive.
