摘　　要：汪达之先生作为一名伟大的人民教育家,被陶行知盛赞“捧着一颗心来,不带半根草去”。基于对为师之道的历史回溯,认为“为师之道”是“教书育人”的内在动力和保障。结合先生创建基本学生制、新安旅行团,重建南京晓庄师范学校等教育实践活动,得出先生的为师之道主要包括:教育报国,对党忠诚;严谨求实,学以致用;循循善诱,勤勉尽责;自强不息,诲人不倦。汪达之先生的为师之道不仅是我校早期历史开篇中的一笔宝贵精神财富,更是近现代中国教育事业的典型范例。Mr. Wang Dazhi, a great people's educator, was highly praised by Tao Xingzhi, who said, “He came with a heart full of devotion, and took nothing but his dedication.” Based on a historical review of the way of teaching, it is believed that “the way of being a teacher” is the inner driving force and guarantee for “teaching and nurturing people.” Combining Mr. Wang's educational practices, such as the establishment of the basic student system, the Xin'an travel group, and the reconstruction of Nanjing Xiaozhuang Normal School, it can be concluded that Mr. Wang's way of being a teacher mainly includes: education for the country and loyalty to the Party;rigor and practicality, learning for application;patient guidance, diligence and responsibility;selfimprovement, and tireless teaching. Mr. Wang Dazhi's way of being a teacher is not only a valuable spiritual heritage in the early history of our school, but also a typical example of modern Chinese education.
