摘  要:科研社会影响力评价旨在引导教师主动服务国家战略需求和经济社会发展,正在成为未来大学科研评价改革的主要方向之一。采用“具体指标-赋值标准-证明材料-有效期限”的分析框架,对3所国外大学的指标体系特征进行凝练,结果发现:格罗宁根大学、爱丁堡大学和墨尔本大学分别依据教师职业生涯发展阶段差异、教师作用机制和证明材料来源差异、教师参与方式和参与广度差异分类构建指标体系;案例大学的指标体系均呈现多维性特征,主要表现为具体指标上兼顾过程评价和结果评价、指标赋值标准上融入教师发展阶段差异和参与机制差异、指标证明材料上定性与定量相结合。借鉴案例大学经验,建议我国大学设立明确的科研社会影响力评价指标,并根据学科差异和职业发展阶段差异进行分类评价,弹性设置定量标准。The evaluation of social impact of research aims to guide faculty to serve the national needs and so⁃cio-economic development,which is becoming one of the main directions of the future reform of university re⁃search evaluation.Adopting the analytical framework of“specific indicator-assignment criteria-supporting material-valid duration”,the characteristics of the indicator systems of three foreign universities were con⁃densed.It was found that the University of Groningen,the University of Edinburgh and the University of Mel⁃bourne respectively categorized and constructed their indicator systems based on differences in the stages of fac⁃ulties’career development,differences in faculties’role mechanisms and sources of supporting materials,and differences in faculties’modes and breadth of participation.The cases are all characterized by multi-dimen⁃sion:taking into account both the process evaluation and result evaluation in specific indicators,incorporating differences in faculty development stages and participation mechanisms into the criteria for assigning indicators,and combining the qualitative and quantitative materials in indicator supporting materials.Drawing on the expe⁃rience of case universities,Chinese universities should set up clear indicators for evaluating the social impact on research,conducting categorized evaluation according to the differences of subject areas and stages of career development,and setting flexible quantitative standards.
