摘　　要：粮食储藏中的食品安全风险不仅影响粮食的质量和安全,还可能对公众健康造成严重威胁。基于此,本文分析了粮食储藏中的主要风险因素。并针对这些安全风险,提出加强储藏环境管理、选用合适的储藏方式、完善设备养护制度、加强人员培训和引入先进数字技术的应对策略,旨在降低风险并提高储藏管理的科学性和安全性,从而保障粮食安全。The food safety risks in grain storage not only affect the quality and safety of grain,but may also pose a serious threat to public health.Based on this,this article analyzes the main risk factors in grain storage.And in response to these safety risks,strategies such as strengthening storage environment management,selecting appropriate storage methods,improving equipment maintenance systems,enhancing personnel training,and introducing advanced digital technologies are proposed to reduce risks and improve the scientific and safe nature of storage management,thereby ensuring food security.
