网络餐饮食品安全监管面临的问题及对策

摘  要:随着互联网技术的快速发展,网络餐饮行业也日益兴起,成为人们日常生活中的重要组成部分。然而,随着市场规模的不断扩大,食品安全问题也日益严重,尤其是网络平台上的餐饮商家缺乏有效监管,易引发食品安全事故。基于此,本文分析了当前网络餐饮食品安全监管中的主要问题,提出了加强监管的具体对策,以推动行业健康发展,保障消费者的食品安全。With the rapid development of Internet technology,the online catering industry is also rising becoming an important part of people’s daily lives.However,as the market scale continues to expand,food safety problems have become increasingly serious,especially for catering businesses on online platforms that lack effective supervision,which can easily lead to food safety incidents.Based on this,this paper analyzes the main problems in the current food safety supervision of online catering industry and puts forward specific countermeasures to strengthen supervision,in order to promote the healthy development of the industry and ensure food safety of consumers.
