农村食品安全监管存在的问题及应对策略研究

摘　　要：相较于城市地区严格的市场准入制度和完善的监管机制,农村地区由于监管体系薄弱和消费者食品安全意识不足,食品安全问题尤为严峻。因此,必须对农村地区的食品安全问题给予足够的重视,并采取有效的治理措施。本文深入分析了当前农村食品安全监管工作中存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进对策,以提高农村地区的食品安全监管水平,为农村地区居民健康提供保障。Compared with the strict market access system and perfect supervision mechanism in urban areas,food safety problems are particularly serious in rural areas due to the weak supervision system and insufficient consumer awareness of food safety.Therefore,it is necessary to pay enough attention to food safety issues in rural areas and take effective governance measures.This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current rural food safety supervision work and puts forward corresponding improvement measures to improve the level of food safety supervision in rural areas and ensure the health of rural residents.
