六大茶类健康功效及价值提升策略研究

摘  要:茶始于中国,盛行于世界。茶作为一种饮品,含有大量的营养成分,有一定的健康功效。本文综述了六大茶类的主要茶性成分,重点分析不同茶类的工艺特点及健康功效,以提高人们对茶文化的认知与兴趣。同时,本文还提出六大茶类的价值提升策略,以期更好地践行“三茶”统筹新理念,助推茶产业的健康发展。Tea originated in China and has since become popular worldwide.As a kind of drink,tea contains a lot of nutrients and has certain health effects.In this paper,the main tea components of six kinds of tea are reviewed,and the technological characteristics and health effects of different kinds of tea are analyzed in order to improve people’s cognition and interest in tea culture.At the same time,this paper also put forward six kinds of tea value enhancement strategies,in order to better practice the new concept of“three teas”integration,promote the healthy development of tea industry.
