摘 要:维护和优化渔业生态环境,不仅有利于水生生物资源的保护与可持续利用,更是保障水产品质量安全、维护公众健康的基础。本文通过论述渔业生态环境与水产品质量安全的关系,分析当前渔业生态环境面临的挑战及问题,如过度捕捞、水体污染等,并提出强化监管与法律制度建设、推动可持续渔业发展、加强水体污染防控、提升公众环保意识的对策措施,以期为改善渔业生态环境、确保水产品质量安全提供一定参考。Maintaining and optimizing the fishery ecological environment is not only conducive to the protection and sustainable utilization of aquatic living resources,but also the basis for ensuring the quality and safety of aquatic products and safeguarding public health.By discussing the relationship between fishery ecological environment and aquatic product quality and safety,this paper analyzes the challenges and problems facing the current fishery ecological environment,such as overfishing and water pollution,and proposes countermeasures to strengthen supervision and legal system construction,promote sustainable fishery development,strengthen water pollution prevention and control,and enhance public awareness of environmental protection,in order to improve the fishery ecological environment and ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products to provide a certain reference.
