摘 要:职业教育是我国重要的教育类型之一,在培养专业技术技能型人才和促进社会就业、创业,推动经济高质量发展上做出了重要贡献。当前,我国职业教育处于快速发展和质量提升的重大机遇期和转型期,面临着多重挑战和机遇。“三教”改革是深化高职教育改革的关键和突破口,课堂是推进教育教学改革的主阵地。在推进“三教”改革的过程中,师资结构失衡、教材形式单一、教学方法陈旧等问题依然存在。本文试图通过打造结构化教学创新团队、优化数字化教学资源、实施生命课堂教学方式等途径来解决高职商务日语教学中“谁来教、教什么、如何教”的核心问题,切实提升高职商务日语人才培养质量。Vocational education is one of the important types of education in China,making important contributions to cultivating professional and technical skilled talents,promoting social employment and entrepreneurship,and promoting high-quality economic development.Currently,vocational education in China is in a significant period of opportunity and transformation with rapid development and quality improvement,facing multiple challenges and opportunities.The“three teachings”reform is the key and breakthrough point in deepening the reform of vocational education,and the classroom is the main battlefield for promoting education and teaching reform.In the process of promoting the“three teachings”reform,there are still problems such as imbalanced teacher structure,single textbook form,and outdated teaching method.This paper attempts to solve the core problem of“who will teach,what to teach,and how to teach”in business Japanese teaching in higher vocational education by building a structured teaching innovation team,optimizing digital teaching resources,and implementing life classroom teaching methods,thus effectively improving the quality of talent cultivation of business Japanese in higher vocational education.
