合作学习法在口腔门诊护士专业英语口语培训中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:通过合作学习法提高口腔医院门诊护士专业英语的口语水平,探索合作学习法在口腔门诊护士专业英语口语培训的应用前景。方法:运用合作学习法对18名口腔门诊在岗护士进行为期6个月的专业英语口语培训,通过小组学习、情景模拟学习和真实性学习3种具体形式展开教学工作。通过评估英语流利水平、专业英语掌握程度和英语听力能力来检测合作学习法在口腔门诊护士专业英语口语培训中的应用效果。结果:通过对比分析发现培训前后护士英语流利水平、专业英语掌握程度和英语听力能力3个方面均有明显提升,表明合作学习法可显著提高口腔门诊护士专业英语的口语应用能力。结论:合作学习法有助于提高口腔门诊护士专业英语口语的应用能力,提升护士评判性思维、激发护士领导力、并促进团队合作能力。Objective:To elevate the professional English-speaking proficiency of dental nurses via the collaborative learning strategy and to investigate the application prospects of this approach in training programs concerning professional English-speaking proficiency.Methods:Collaborative learning was carried out with three specific learning techniques,namely team-based learning,simulation-based learning,and authentic learning,to train the stomatological professional English-speaking ability of 18 dental nurses for 6 months.The effect of applying collective learning on English speaking proficiency in stomatology was evaluated through speaking fluency,knowledge of professional stomatological English,and listening comprehension.Results:Through comparative analysis,it was found that speaking fluency,knowledge of professional stomatological English,and listening comprehension were significantly enhanced before and after the training,suggesting that collaborative learning was effective in improving the professional English-speaking skills of dental nurses in the working environment.Conclusion:Collaborative learning is effective in enhancing the professional English-speaking skills of dental nurses in stomatology,cultivating critical thinking,uncovering and inspiring leadership abilities,and strengthening teamwork skills.
