摘  要:硫酰氟在我国已逐渐应用于防治储粮害虫,但在粮食对硫酰氟吸附量方面的研究尚不全面,这对硫酰氟用于防治储粮害虫的安全性评价至关重要。本研究在15℃和30℃下,采用剂量为15 g/m^(3)和30 g/m^(3)的硫酰氟,对水质量分数为10.7%和13.4%的稻谷进行为期7 d的熏蒸,通过检测熏蒸瓶内硫酰氟浓度的变化,进行稻谷对硫酰氟吸附量及影响因素的研究。结果表明,在实验条件下,熏蒸瓶内硫酰氟浓度呈指数下降趋势,均遵循指数衰减方程C_(t)=a e^(-k t)(a>0;e,自然常数;k,吸附速率常数),且在熏蒸24 h内发生最高水平的吸附。吸附速率随温度和水分含量的增加而增加,在30℃下稻谷对硫酰氟的吸附速率常数是15℃的2倍,总吸附率达91.0%;水质量分数13.4%稻谷对硫酰氟的吸附速率常数是水质量分数10.7%的1.5倍,总吸附率达80.9%。2个剂量下的吸附速率常数近乎相等,剂量对稻谷吸附硫酰氟没有显著的影响。本研究在硫酰氟施药剂量合理性、安全性方面具有指导意义,为硫酰氟的推广应用提供了技术支撑。Sulfuryl fluoride has been gradually applied to control stored grain pests in China,but studies on the sorption of sulfuryl fluoride by grains are incomplete,which is crucial for the safety evaluation of sulfuryl fluoride for the control of stored grain pests.In this study,rice grains with moisture contents of 10.7%and 13.4%were fumigated with sulfuryl fluoride at doses of 15 g/m^(3)and 30 g/m^(3)for 7 d at 15℃and 30℃,and the study on the sorption of sulfuryl fluoride by rice grains and the factors affecting it was carried out by detecting the changes of sulfuryl fluoride concentration in the fumigation bottles.The results indicated that the concentration of sulfuryl fluoride in the fumigated bottles showed an exponential decrease under the experimental conditions,followed the exponential decay equation C_(t)=a e^(-k t)(a>0;e,natural constant;k,sorption rate constant),and the highest level of sorption occurred within 24 h of fumigation.The sorption rate increased with the increase of temperature and moisture content,and the sorption rate constant of sulfuryl fluoride in rice grain at 30℃was twice as high as that at 15℃,with a total sorption rate of 91.0%,while the sorption rate constant of sulfuryl fluoride in rice grain with a moisture content of 13.4%was 1.5 times as high as that with a moisture content of 10.7%,with a total sorption rate of 80.9%.The sorption rate constants at the two doses were nearly equal,and there was no significant effect of dose on the sorption of sulfuryl fluoride by rice grain.This study was of guiding significance in terms of the rationality and safety of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation dosage,and provided technical supports for the popularization and application of sulfuryl fluoride.
